This website is operated under the store name "KAPVS". In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean KAPVS.

2. Products and prices

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We try to show product details, images and prices accurately. Colours may look slightly different on different screens.
• We may change prices, or stop selling a product, at any time without notice. If a price is shown wrongly by mistake, we may cancel the order and inform you.

3. Orders and Cash on Delivery

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may confirm, hold or cancel an order, for example if the address is incomplete or the product is out of stock.
• To confirm your order we may verify your phone number with an OTP. Please give a correct name, phone number and full address.
• Payment is made in cash (or the payment method offered by the courier) when the order is delivered.
• If a COD order is repeatedly refused or found to be fake, we may stop accepting COD orders from that phone number or address.

4. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times shown on the website are estimates and may vary because of location, weather, courier delays or events outside our control. Please see our delivery information on the product page for details.

5. Returns and refunds

Returns, replacements and refunds are handled as described in our Refund & Return Policy, which is part of these terms.

6. Use of the website

• You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to break its security, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
• All content on this website, including text, images and logos, belongs to KAPVS or its owners and may not be copied without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
